Script to calculate square footage right on the Multiple Listing Service (http://www.mls.ca) - if you're looking into buying real estate, it's worth knowing how big the place really is. The script definitely beats the calculator... did we mention that it requires GreaseMonkey extension for Firefox

icxcamap.user.js

v1 of the script adds direct link to Google map for a commercial property listed on Canadian Commercial Multiple Listing Service (http://www.icx.ca). v2 of the script, even better, embeds the Google map right into the listing page - if you're looking into buying or leasing commercial real estate, it's kind of convenient to map it. They have only a link to Mapquest that doesn't work real well, once you drill all the way down... the script still requires GreaseMonkey extension for Firefox
